Design Brief
Demolition of detatched property and erection of two storey property with roof and basement accomadation consisting of 9 self contained flats with associated amenity space, refuse and cycle storage.
Technical Information
PCC were responsible for the structural design of a new 200m² basement to the 4 storey new build doestic property and development of both the steel frame (pictured) and foundations.
​
BGS geological mapping and local boreholes indicated loamy soil for the top 1 to 2 metres with stiff London Clay beneath.
Following the demolition the existing 2 storey 5 bed detatched house, the new development consists of 9 flats ranging from 40 to 100 m².
